All data comes from Care Quality Commission's CQC directory data (the "pp-complete" CSV), refreshed monthly with the monthly delta. The data is reused under CQC's own reuse terms, which are OGL-aligned and explicitly permit commercial reuse with attribution. We attribute Care Quality Commission. We do not claim official endorsement. The authoritative record remains cqc.org.uk.

• Not a valuation tool. We show what properties actually rated by CQC, not what they are worth today.
• Not connected to CQC. We mirror the public data they publish.
• Not a place to advertise property for sale. There is no listings layer.
• Not comprehensive for new builds within ~6 months of completion (CQC lags).
• Not Scotland or Northern Ireland. CQC directory data is England and Wales only.
